Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Designer Water Blouberg("we", "us", "our"), an independent reseller of Designer Water. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell premium Designer Water Alkaline Ionized Water (pH10) and related bottled water products. Product descriptions, images and pack sizes are provided as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We may update prices and product availability at any time.

2. Orders

When you place an order it constitutes an offer to buy. A binding sale is concluded once your payment has been received and your order confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example if stock is unavailable or a pricing error occurred), in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

3. Pricing & payment

All payments are processed securely through PayFast. We do not see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

4. Delivery & collection

We deliver in Bloubergstrand, Table View and surrounding Cape Town areas, or you may collect your order. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

5. Returns, refunds & exchanges

Your rights are set out in our Refund Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA).

6. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
