Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when and how we provide refunds, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
1. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it (with a photo if possible). We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery fee, at no cost to you.
2. Order cancellations
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched or collected, you will receive a full refund. If an order is already on its way, please see our Returns & Exchange Policy.
3. Change of mind
For unopened, sealed products in their original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery or collection. The cost of returning the goods for a change of mind is for your account. Opened or consumed products cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they were faulty.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via PayFast. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may vary.
