Returns & Exchange Policy

This policy explains how to return or exchange products bought from Designer Water Blouberg. It works together with our Refund Policy.

1. Exchanges for damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct product at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with a photo where possible.

2. Exchanging unopened products

Unopened, sealed products in their original condition may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery or collection — for example for a different size. For change-of-mind exchanges, any return/redelivery costs are for your account.

3. Condition of returned goods

For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, sealed and undamaged, unless the item was faulty. Please keep your proof of purchase / order number.

4. How to arrange a return or exchange

5. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
